
City Halls
Glasgow's oldest purpose built performance space has been entertaining visitors since 1841. The traditional shoebox style auditorium is renowned throughout the world for having some of the finest acoustics.
By bus
Many local service buses pass close by the venue, either along Trongate or Glassford Street. Most are operated by First Bus.
By subway
The nearest subway stations are Buchanan Street and St Enoch which are a ten minute walk from the venue.
By car
On the M8 motorway, take junction 15, turn left onto Castle Street following signs for the Royal Infirmary/East Kilbride/A730. Castle Street becomes High Street and at the fourth set of traffic lights, turn right onto Ingram Street. Candleriggs is the second street on the left.
This venue has wheelchair access and disabled toilet facilities. All entrances at City Halls and the Old Fruitmarket are at ground level, and there are lifts to access all levels. If you prefer not to have to encounter any stairs on the way to your seat, please advise our box office when booking. Wheelchair accessible toilets are also available on a variety of levels with easy access
Under 14s should be accompanied by an adult over 18 years.
