Glasgow Film Theatre
Glasgow Film Theatre (GFT) is a much-loved independent cinema in the city centre of Glasgow, housed in a category B listed building.
Glasgow Film Theatre is located at 12 Rose Street, Glasgow, G3 6RB. It is just off Sauchiehall Street in the city centre of Glasgow.
By Train: Glasgow city centre is served by both Central and Queen Street Stations. From Central Station (Gordon Street), GFT is a 15 min walk (0.8 miles) via Hope Street Street and Sauchiehall Street. From Queen Street (Dundas Place), GFT is a 13 min walk (0.6 miles) via Buchanan Street and Sauchiehall Street. The route is mostly flat with a slight incline from Sauchiehall Street to Rose Street.
By Subway: The nearest underground station is Cowcaddens. The route via Rose Street involves a steep climb and gradual descent to Sauchiehall Street.
By Bus: Local bus services stop close to the cinema. See bus information.
By Car: Closest public parking is the supervised 24-hour multi-storey car park in Cambridge Street. There is limited, metered, on-street parking opposite GFT.

Accessible Toilets: There are two accessible toilets available to the public. One past Cinema 3 on the ground floor and one at the back of the foyer accessible by the lift at the back of the foyer. The third accessible toilet is in the staff and volunteer area on the 2nd Floor, accessible via stairs or platform lift.
