Following the release of her 2011 album Get Well Soon, in which she dealt with the aftermath of the death of her father, American singer-songwriter Sarabeth Tucek took a break. Now she is back, with a change from her real name to nickname SBT, and a double album of new heartfelt indie-rock material.
Since releasing Joan Of All, SBT has toured the UK. She has also toured and performed as a support act with Ray Lamontagne, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and Bob Dylan. The latter, Cat Stevens and Neil Young are her influences, and her singing voice has been compared to Karen Carpenter.
