Trail West is an explosive six-piece with strong links to the Western Highlands & Islands.
2025 marks the band's fifteenth year together, and the year-long celebrations kick off in style at the Old Fruitmarket with their first headline show at Celtic Connections.
Voted “Live Act of the Year” at the 2023 Scots Trad Music Awards, the band has gone from strength to strength, with a hugely successful 2024 and the release of their acclaimed fifth album, Thirsty Work. From their modest roots as a four-piece West Coast cèilidh band, Trail West is now a fierce and formidable live act worthy of any festival stage.
