The Celtic Connections Education Programme gives over 2000 children the chance to try their hand at a range of traditional instruments each year. During the festival itself, some of the biggest names on the festival's bill perform in amazing high-energy concerts just for kids.
At last year’s festival, over 14,000 school children from all over Scotland experienced one of these great concerts. Since 1999 around 140,000 children have taken part in at least one aspect of our Education Programme and we’re always striving to reach more.
